Rosco Expands Partnership with NEORide to Enhance Transit Safety with DCAMS Technology

Rosco, a leading provider of vision safety solutions for commercial vehicles, is proud to announce the continuation and expansion of its partnership with NEORide, a Council of Governments representing 29 transit agencies across 7 states. As part of this collaboration, NEORide members will now be able to integrate Rosco’s DCAMS and DCAMS+ E-mirror systems into their fleets, further advancing roadway safety and operational efficiency.

Through a national purchasing agreement, NEORide transit members gain streamlined access to Rosco’s innovative mirror replacement and collision avoidance technologies. The DCAMS replaces traditional side mirrors with high-definition cameras and in-cabin monitors. Designed with safety and performance in mind, DCAMS offers drivers a wider and deeper field of view, smaller blind spots, and enhanced visibility in all weather and lighting conditions. Its aerodynamic profile also supports improved fuel efficiency and reduced maintenance.

The DCAMS+ system builds upon this by integrating real-time collision avoidance alerts from Mobileye's ADAS directly into the e-mirror monitors. This combination allows drivers to receive forward collision warnings, pedestrian and cyclist alerts, lane departure warnings, and headway monitoring, all within the same display interface. These enhanced safety features are designed to help prevent vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-pedestrian incidents in busy urban environments.

NEORide’s adoption of DCAMS and DCAMS+ underscores a shared commitment to smarter, safer transit. This expansion marks a key milestone in Rosco’s ongoing mission to provide cutting-edge safety solutions that empower fleets to navigate with confidence and protect lives on the road.
