    Company founded as A.W. Rosen & Co.

  2. 1961

    Sol Englander purchases Rosco

    Sol Englander, a young machinist and designer who worked for Rosco for several years, purchased the company.

  3. 1974

    Rosco moves to its current location in Queens, NY

  4. 1990

    Awarded first multi-million dollar contract with the United States Postal Service

    This enabled Rosco to become a U.S. military supplier under Military Specification MIL-I-45208. Rosco still provides mirrors to government and military vehicle makers, including AM General, General Dynamics, and BAE.

  5. 1992

    Rosco introduces the first remote controlled mirror to the school bus market

  6. 2005

    Rosco breaks ground on expansion of manufacturing and office facilities

  7. 2007

    Celebrates 100 years as a New York based manufacturer

    Rosco, Inc., established in 1907 in New York, has been a leader in automotive vision safety solutions for over a century. Initially focused on safety products, Rosco moved to Queens, NY, in 1974.

    Enters the dash camera market with the first generation Dual-Vision® recorder

    Rosco receives ISO certification

    Acquires MirrorLite Company expanding product offerings in multiple automotive markets

    Rosco launches RoscoLive® cloud based fleet management platform

    Rosco introduces the AI-powered DV6 recorder

    The Rosco DV6 is an AI-enhanced multi-channel commercial grade driver recorder designed for fleet management through RoscoLive. It captures and processes full HD footage of both the driver and the road, offering local and cloud storage options.
