Rosco Announces Leadership Transition: Bill Donaldson Appointed Chief Executive Officer; Ben Englander Assumes Role of President

Rosco announced the appointment of Bill Donaldson as Chief Executive Officer, marking an important step in the company’s continued growth and long-term strategic evolution. As part of this transition, Ben Englander, who previously served as CEO, will assume the role of President, where he will continue working closely with Donaldson to drive the company’s next phase of growth.  

Donaldson brings extensive executive leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial sectors, with a proven track record of leading organizations through periods of growth, operational transformation, and strategic expansion. Known for driving operational excellence and creating long-term value, Donaldson combines deep industry expertise with a disciplined, mission-focused leadership style shaped by his service as a former U.S. Marine.

Under the family’s stewardship, Rosco expanded from a mirror manufacturer into a leading provider of vision safety technologies, AI-enabled safety solutions, and fleet management platforms serving commercial vehicles throughout North America.
