Rosco Announces Settlement of Lawsuit with Velvac

Queens, NY - January 3, 2014 –Rosco, Inc., the leading bus mirror manufacturer in North America, today announced a settlement with Velvac, Inc., ending a lawsuit between the two companies in the Federal Court for the District of Delaware involving patents owned by Rosco, Inc.

The patents in the lawsuit relate to automotive mirror mountings on bus fenders. The parties settled the lawsuit on mutually agreeable terms.
