Rosco Chosen for USPS Next-Gen Vehicle Mirrors

In September 2023, Rosco, Inc. was honored to be named the mirror manufacturer for the Oshkosh NGDV (Next Generation Delivery Vehicle) for the United States Postal Service (USPS). Production for the NGDV began in the spring of 2024 at Oshkosh’s Spartanburg, SC facility.

Rosco’s longstanding relationship with the USPS has come full circle, as the company was the original mirror provider for the USPS’ Grumman LLV vehicle fleet in the late 1980s. Today, Rosco’s state-of-the-art Open-View™ mirror series optimizes mirror location, size, and field of view, providing postal drivers with unparalleled vision around their vehicles. The innovative mirror arm and base design offer breakaway performance in two directions and feature maintenance-free components, significantly reducing the overall cost of ownership and expenses for the postal fleet.

In mid-September, the Oshkosh NGDV vehicles were delivered to the USPS and made their debut in Georgia. Rosco is thrilled to continue its partnership with Oshkosh and the USPS, looking forward to many more decades of delivering US-manufactured components on American-made vehicles for the US Postal Service.
