Rosco Settles Patent Infringement Dispute with Competitor

Jamaica, N.Y., August 2009 – Rosco, Inc. today announced a settlement with Lucerix International Corp. ending a legal dispute between the two companies in the Federal Court for the Northern District of New York involving two patents owned by Rosco, Inc., U.S. Patent No. 7,210,800 entitled “Mirror Mounting Assembly” and U.S. Patent No. 7,290,891 (“the ‘891 patent”), entitled “Dual Mirror Mounting Assembly” that were asserted against Lucerix’s Ford Shuttle Mirror Kits. Under the terms of the agreement, Lucerix agreed to stop selling its Ford Shuttle Mirror Kits with fender mount part number 21.287.AA in the United States. Lucerix also agreed to provide monetary compensation to Rosco.
